


Structure of Breaker
1. Back Head
The way in and out for oil and valve for gas are adheres to the back head.
- Seek the maximum energyThe nitrogen in the back head of the breaker is compressed when the piston moves upwards by oil. In this way the energy accumulated by the gas is efficiently converted into blow energy as the piston descends.
- Possible to attach the auto grease inlet device.The inlet which is used for connection with auto grease device is located in the upper position and this is good to increase the machine's life and helps to increase the working efficiency. (KB 1500 ~ 4200)
- Possible to work under water.The location of the air-check valve is far from the hit point. This prevents the dust goes into the breaker. In the case of attaching the special device set on that location, It is possible to work under water and the devise is more efficient in the deep water.(It is more efficient when you use it with auto grease device: KB 1500 ~ 4200).
2. Valve system
The control valve is exposed outside for the purpose of easy repair service.
- Structural safetyFor the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the control valve in housing and protecting the damage, the guide is assembled inside the valve and this helps the valve operating and control the piston's alternating motion.
- Cylinder the regulatorFor the purpose of increasing the work efficiency, regulator does operate the power of breaker and the number of hits by controlling the moving distance.
- Valve regulatorThis plays important things such as controlling the quantity of oil flow and the rated pressure of breaker.
3. Cylinder
High and low tension move in a cycle to move the inner piston with hydraulic system at a minimum

5. Accumulator
There is a rubber film and compressed nitrogen in the upper part of accumulator and the lower part of accumulator connect to cylinder.

6. Front Head
This is manufactured inner cylinder and breaks the rocks using the transformed hitting power from oil pressure energy.
7. Through bolt
There are 4 units of the through bolts and these fix firmly the important components on breaker body.
8. Chisel
This is for breaking rock and treated with heat.
Moil Point: All kinds of removal work, road repairing, pier construction, civil engineering and construction.
Chisel (Wedge Point): All kinds of removal work, concrete cutting, tunnel construction.
Blunt: a mine, a quarry.
